New Way, New You

Are you working on your New Year’s resolution to become healthier?

Lifestyle changes take time and require support. The New Way, New You Program provides the reinforcement and information you need to be successful with your wellness goals.

The eight-week program runs from Feb. 22 to April 12 with 1-hour transformation classes at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays and support emails every Tuesday.

Classes will cover topics including goal setting, injury prevention, biometric measurements, functional movement, balance and flexibility screening, healthy eating, fitness fundamentals and positive self-talk.

Sign up by Feb. 15 because space is limited.   The fee is $150.
