Energize your day with morning yoga

Yoga is for relaxing and restoring the body and it's a great way to energize your body for the day ahead. Join Keri Kramer for an early morning yoga class series and discover the benefits of this ancient exercise. The class is for beginner and intermediate yogis.

Dates: April 24-May 18 (Tuesdays and Fridays)
Time: 6:15 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.
Cost: $20 for members
