Change up your workout by trying a new group fitness class

Taking time to listen to your body is an extremely important component to reaching your fitness goals. Changing up your workout is often what your body needs to feel more challenged, fight boredom or improve how your body feels. I recommend trying one of the following classes:

To increase your resistance training: 

- Dynamic TRX at 6 a.m. 8:15 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays (*Make sure to attend TRX Basics first)

- Body Sculpt at 5:15 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 9:15 a.m. on Fridays

To restore your balance and energy: 

- Yoga I-II at 5:35 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursdays and 5:45 p.m. on Tuesdays

- Yoga II at 5:35 p.m. on Mondays

- Restorative Yoga at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays

To dance up a storm and forget you're working out:

- Retrorobics at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays

- Zumba at 10:15 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays

- Dance Blast  at 6:30 p.m. on Mondays, 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, 9:15 a.m. on Saturdays and 4 p.m. on Sundays
