To our valued ProActive members,
We have been following the recommendations of the CDC and local health departments over the last several weeks and appreciate your patience as we have made alterations to our normal operating procedures. Because the health and safety of our members is central to everything we do at ProActive, we have made the difficult decision to close the facility until further notice.
There are a few exceptions to the closing. TherapyPlus physical therapy appointments at the ProActive location will continue as scheduled. Additionally, our Cardiac Rehabilitation program will continue to operate. All other operations, including massage services (Soteria), personal training, swim lessons and classes, will discontinue effective tonight at 10:00 p.m.
We will greatly miss seeing you in the club and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as it is safe to do so.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email email@example.com or send a direct message and we will do our best to provide answers.
Matt, Samantha, and the ProActive team
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What about ProActive's staff?
Currently, our staff have switched their focus and been reassigned to work at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital. All available staff members have been given opportunities to work at either the Lincoln or Omaha campus, supporting our mission and operation through various tasks. This will continue as long as ProActive’s temporary closure is in effect.
What about my dues?
Members will not be charged monthly dues or freeze fees until we re-open. Charges for other services already rendered, such as personal training, massages and food charged to membership accounts in March will be billed as normal on April 2. Members will also see a prorated credit for monthly dues already collected that will reflect the days we were closed on a future billing cycle.
Some memberships were already on hold prior to our closing. ProActive staff will be contacting those members when we reopen to determine if we should resume their memberships or they should remain on hold.
What about massages and personal training sessions I already purchased?
Expiration dates on personal training sessions, massages and personal swimming lessons will be extended so members and guests have extra time to use them when we reopen.
