UPDATE - May 28, 2020
Tuesday, May 26 we resumed offering personal training services. Scheduled one-on-one training sessions provide a controllable way to test our new protocols, ensuring member & staff safety. Members previously working with a trainer will be contacted about scheduling sessions during this limited service phase. If you are interested in starting personal training services contact Samantha Kelly at 402.413.4011.
Club access for members is anticipated to resume, June 15th. Anticipated reopen date for massage is June 15th and indoor pool is June 29th. Outdoor pool access continues to be assessed and will be announced at a later date.
More information about adjustments in club operations will be coming soon. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our members, clients and staff. Prior to opening a detailed letter will be sent to members’ homes. Be sure your contact information on file with us is up-to-date. Call us at 402.420.0000 if you need to update any information.
In the meantime we are pleased to let you know we’ve been busy with renovations of the facility. We’re excited to show off the results!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What about ProActive's staff?
Currently, our staff have switched their focus and been reassigned to work at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital. All available staff members have been given opportunities to work at either the Lincoln or Omaha campus, supporting our mission and operation through various tasks. This will continue as long as ProActive’s temporary closure is in effect.
What about my dues?
Members will not be charged monthly dues or freeze fees until we re-open. Charges for other services already rendered, such as personal training, massages and food charged to membership accounts in March will be billed as normal on April 2. Members will also see a prorated credit for monthly dues already collected that will reflect the days we were closed on a future billing cycle.
Some memberships were already on hold prior to our closing. ProActive staff will be contacting those members when we reopen to determine if we should resume their memberships or they should remain on hold.
What about massages and personal training sessions I already purchased?
Expiration dates on personal training sessions, massages and personal swimming lessons will be extended so members and guests have extra time to use them when we reopen.
